Service Delivery Policy

MayaPDF is delivered entirely online — here is what "delivery" means for a digital service.

1. Digital service — no shipping

MayaPDF is a software-as-a-service product. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, carriers, or delivery addresses involved.

2. How access is delivered

  • Account access: immediately on registration at pdf.maya123.com — you can use the tools straight away.
  • Paid plan features (when introduced): activated on your account automatically once payment is confirmed by our payment partner (Razorpay) — typically within minutes.
  • Offline / air-gapped licences: licence keys for offline activation are delivered by email to your registered address after purchase confirmation.

3. If access is not delivered

If a payment is confirmed but the corresponding access or licence key does not appear within 24 hours, contact maya@maya123.com with your payment reference. We will either deliver the access or refund the charge per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock, with occasional maintenance windows. Planned maintenance affecting availability is announced on the site in advance where practicable.
